    Awesome stuff here. Hopefully I can get some working rail stuff soon to add to this thread.
    From what I can see it is an express elevator using many rail segments to speed it up considerably.

    Paused creation of car. Which has been optimised:
    - Front and back wheels have been fused into each axis
    - Refined push effect clock (still not good enough because it bugs out >.<)

    Meanwhile:
    Created a Mech!

    AC - Armored Combatant PROTOTYPE 1

    WALKS, SHOOTS(KILLS), MOVES - kinda

    This prototype doesn't actually move on it's own. The pilot can influence the walkers movement by using built in thrust.
    The thruster systems of the mech are only capable of a small thrust. Neither are the thrusters suited for leaving a planets atmosphere nor for fast space like movements on planets.

    Keep in Mind: It was designed to look like something and having shield and weapon systems while beeing as small as possible. and it's my first mech

    By the way: I have yet to test if the walker is suited for combat against itself. Astronauts have shown to not standing a big chance - except they have missile launchers or are very flexible in gravity...

    Seeing the little guy run makes me laugh for some reason. But in all seriousness, it is builds like these that can inspire people.

    I tried something, even made good progress, but it did not quite work out as well as I expected:

    The jumping backwards is not the just the GIF... I heavily suspect it is due to the turrets not actually moving serverside unless someone is inside the main ship. If you want the .sment, I can link it to you. Hopefully some of you rail geniuses could find a way to solve this problem. In the meantime, I may have to put my Mech-Machinations on hold until this is resolved.

    When you return you should try to make them able to turn at 90' angles, that would be really cool! :cool:

    I actually have already implemented this, but the Mech just warps back to it's starting position :/ Take three steps forward, teleport all the way back. Turn right, enjoy the view, then it just warps back. I am really hoping that bug gets fixed.

    I really hope you will get the gist of this since i have no idea how to make a gif in starmade without dropping that framerate to 0.5.
    That is quite a cool looking engine room. It sparks many ideas. Engine rooms, AI rooms, Sliding doors, Elevators, Hangar bays, Robots in the hangar bays that repair hull fractures on docked ships...

    Needless to say, the possibilities for ship interiors are endless, and you are exploring them in a particularly aesthetically pleasing way!

    Hey first video here, really enjoying the rail system. I made a pretty sophisticated elevator lift for a shipyard I'm working on. Then got a look at all the robotics going on around here and felt kind of silly. But still proud of it anyway so thought I'd share.

    You can also have core in attached entity as turret so if pilot will rotate then it will not move whole walker :p

    Also if You're at corner of planet, You can make bot to sit at 45 degrees and order him to jump (with pulse engine).
