Greetings Astronauts;
As of July 1, 2016 GenXnova will be celebrating 12 consecutive months as the #1 voted and #1 in population server in StarMade, and we have planed a huge party to celebrate.
We have been running a server for StarMade for almost 3 years, and in that time we have had over 15,000 players on our server. We have gathered over 350 screenshots on our forums main gallery for StarMade dating back to the early days of StarMade, and we have grown in over 2,000 registrations to our forums and server site.
Needless to say we are very pleased to be a part of the StraMade game, and enjoy our game time here. StarMade quickly became the flagship game of lazygamerz.org, and now we would like to say thank you to the gamers who visit us and keep us company while enjoying all our server has had to offer.
We have purchased 5 copies of the StarMade game on steam, to give to 5 lucky winners throughout the month of July.
For the month of July we have planned a GenXnova size combat frigate contest for players to replace our starter ship offered to new players. The voting poll for this contest will be held on the lazygamerz forums with the winner receiving 1 copy of the StarMade game to be added to their steam account or the steam account of their choice.

Now for the cream of the crop
For over a year now I personally have been secretly planning and working on some structures we will be intruding to our server for the month of July. Now before I announce these here to the StarMade community, please keep in mind that some of these structures are still in the works and many are not quite finished with many still needing finishing touches to make the best they can be and many of these things are subject to change over the coming months.
Introducing the GenXnova lawless battle arenas
We have added a new pvp arena forums board to our forums and will be expanding on this concept as we continue to grow.
PVP Arenas
We have 5 arenas and a main entrance area to go to the arenas to be released the first of July.
Each area of this triple station located at 2 2 1 on the GenXnova server will have a walk through warp gate door to take players to the arena related to that place on the entity.
Here are the 4 arenas the locations take you to.
Castle FallenHoof
Step back in time to the early days when the land was young and Castle FallenHoof was barely more then a strong hold fort.
In this arena players battle it out to either defent the strong hold or take the strong hold. Two apposing forces with Blue team defending and Red team attacking.
The 650 diameter dome acts as a perfect landscape to wage air warfare should you make it to getting to flight before your shot down.
This is a lawless walk through arena meaning play as you wish but you can only start out with what you have in your inventory.
So now is the time pick your team and either attack or defend “FallenHoof”
Heirloom Village
The Gultra have arrived to save the day salvaging the remains of a broken city and restoring it not to its former beauty but the beauty it was meant to have; the way only the Gultra know how to do.
Traverse this bombed out worn down battle zone from falling buildings to abandoned underground rail ways. This worn down war zone promises to be a rust bucket of good ole death defying adventure with a million places to hide and a million places to attack from.

Tinker Town
Enter into the floating steam punk town of “Tinker Town” brave the platforms and building from Ferris wheel to the hovering hot air balloons but careful to not fall off. This floating steam punk town is a joy ride you will not want to miss.

Waste lands of Saint Nova
In the waste lands of saint nova the Voltra conducted their experiments on the last of a dieing world, but what one and where it is not entirely clear. From the frozen bridge to the crashed 747 jet; players battle for control over this waste land to keep it or control it.

There is a fifth arena not yet ready known as “The tree of life” and will be the main arena open at all times.
Each of these arenas will be only open 1 week out of the month each month as to not have pvp spread out over all arenas but focused on only the open arena of the time.
Now let me explain the goal is to allow for both astronaut combat as well as ship combat. Players will not be able to spawn blueprints in the arena and the gates to get there will not be set up to allow for spawning in the arena in any kind of pre built ship. All ships in the arenas are to be built from blocks in your inventory once you get in the arena with tons of places to hide and build to get yourself ready for combat. This is why we have constructed buildings and other objects in the arena domes.
To celebrate both the release of these arenas and our 1 year celebration, we will hold a weekly contest in each of the 4 area arenas for the Month of July and giving away a copy of StarMade to the winners. So 1 copy of StarMade to go to the winners of these arena battles to release each of these arenas to the public.
