      I am experiencing some technical difficulties after the update. I can no longer load any ship on the dock or the one I made myself. All that pops is the entity with no armor on and after 10 seconds it disappears.

      Thats a broken import function from blueprints that were created in the chunk16 format. There is a fix attempt for this currently in development.

      Hello, I wanted to ask if there were any updated official'ish guidelines for server hosting? After doing a forum search the only one I could find dated back to 2014 and quasi-suggested looking to Minecraft server requirements as a loose guide for X sized player base. However due to being heavily in Alpha I have no idea how accurate that might still be.

      The starmade dock community is a terrible turn off to this game. Suggest a performance solution and get abused. Great. Bought six copies. Wish I hadn't.

      They increase build area, sector size and speed limits and build way too big ships the engine cannot really handle. (Or the CPU-development... whatever side you prefer :P)
      As many size and count based calculations get really CPU heavy when building too large and/or going too fast through a sector or boundary of a large object causing massive problems.

      I suppose most of them can be sorted out by small changes to the client setting or specific unfortunate combinations of stations, ships and planets being on a sector border, or just being too massive and too close to each other, causing thousands of collision checks every second.

      i heard from ben that you and sven are working on an automatic garage parker for ships.
      i just want to throw this out:
      have you thought of unactivating the rails to which the ship is attatched to and then push it away with a push beam.
      if dosed well you should let the push beam bring the ship close enough to the magnetic dock, as they are magnets i think they should connect to each other. hope you can use it :D

      I think I know why ships and stations are disappearing. I is probably a problem with game data not saving properly.

      It is mostly related to tutorial errors, like stuff being saved in tutorial and quitting there, before getting stuff back to normal universe, and wormholes near spawn.

      Both things are going to be fixed shortly.

      I just started playing a couple days ago but I constantly get a message log "Server under high load 5 sec". As of now it doesn't seem to affect gameplay but it is an annoyance. Any possible solutions would be a big help. There also is no lag despite this constant message. I have searched the forums for a solution and was led to you, so once again any solutions could be a big help to me. Thanks!

      USE_PERSONAL_SECTORS = true
      caused a nullpointer, reporting that issue in a few minutes.
