NEWS FROM THE FRONT

The Union has begun operations in the war-torn LvD Galaxies again after four Trinova Technologies vessels and a single Aethi Imperium Sorek-Thalian-class Frigate intercepted several Darkside-aligned marauders. Sadly a Trinovan vessel, TTS Sri Lanka FFG-122A, was lost due to pilot error, however.

Trident Foundries has been slowly building up it's military forces in the cluster too, with four of their new Generation 3 vessels, Avenger-class Frigates, completed. Additionally, the TRV Avenger CV-2703, class prototype and piloted by Lancia, escorted Debris as he worked to seize the strategic Darkside facilities. Lancia's presence likely kept Darkside marauders well clear of Debris' position.

ANOTHER SUCCESSFUL RAID!

Trident and Trinovan pilots successfully dealt a critical blow to criminal elements today.

Three Trident Avenger-class Frigates (including class prototype TRV Avenger CV-2703), piloted by Lancia, Plaz and Calhoun, and two Trinovan vessels, piloted by Judge and Gantry, cornered bandit 'jijijij' at the Novminer base. 'jijijij' attempted to escape in a cloaker vessel but the quick reactions of our brave pilots prevented him from doing so. He managed to escape back to his base unharmed. Additionally, Thadius arrived as backup in the Avenger-class Frigate, TRV Adjudicator CV-2704, but was too late to see combat.

The Trinovan vessel TTS Rhineland and the TRV Icarus CV-2705 sustained minor damage from enemy weapons fire.

Overall we have deemed this a successful operation, as it has reduced the ability of bandits such as 'jijijij' to operate in neutral territory.​
