I am curious. Ive seen all about what the update was for, yet no mention whatsoever about the 2 or 3 other downloads ive had to make in last 3 days...what were they what did they fix?

We forgot to announce that Kupu updated the Pixel texture pack, so check that out
- fixed beam aiming for AI turrets
- fixed missing logic signal when docking to a rail block
- fixed defeated ships not being salvageable when overheating
- fixed defeated ships not giving errors
- fixed several issues in Galaxy Map.
I dont think its thrust itself, at least from what i've seen. Power seems to be an issue due to all ships weighing more across the boardWhat has changed with thrust?
Power need has definitely gone up.
That would change thrust to mass ratio and slow down acceleration, it shouldn't make engines use more power.I dont think its thrust itself, at least from what i've seen. Power seems to be an issue due to all ships weighing more across the board
this change must have happened in in the last few iterations of the dev build before the patch as i always built in the dev version the last few weeks. That would change thrust to mass ratio and slow down acceleration, it shouldn't make engines use more power.
I'm not sure thats a thing yet, but it should be.Been pretty impressed with this update so far, but what I'd like to know is how I can display the ship hp and armor in a display module. No one's mentioned what the formatting is for that yet. Figured I'd ask one of the devs for that info since I haven't seen it anywhere on the forums yet. If it's in here already, then sorry, just point me to the right thread. Thanks.
I thought it was a thing. Well, there's my suggestion for the next update.I'm not sure thats a thing yet, but it should be.
Would you rather go back to the system where your ship overheats when a single block is heavily damaged instead?hey you know how my ship can "overheat" when it still has perfectly fine thrusters and generators that shouldn't stop functioning for any reason whatsoever?
how do we fix that?
hmm?
I just built a big rotating piece and I find that after the thing rotates about 45 degrees, it triggers the activation block next to the rotator, then it jumps to the nearest 90 degree angle and continues rotating. I can't get a smooth rotation...Found a little bug today. Don't know if anyone else is having this problem or if its just me. The logic controlling the rotator block seems to be a little hinky since the update.
IMHO we need a throttle. There has been a thruster rework in the works for a while but in the meantime a throttle would help much. One suggestion: Can we set a max speed or max power for the engines? I have no issue with big thing moving slower I just wish I could reduce the max speed and not have to worry about going over the regen threshold while in combat.
Disable it in the configs and never see it again.hey you know how my ship can "overheat" when it still has perfectly fine thrusters and generators that shouldn't stop functioning for any reason whatsoever?

Wait, hold on, it just randomly overheated?hey you know how my ship can "overheat" when it still has perfectly fine thrusters and generators that shouldn't stop functioning for any reason whatsoever?
how do we fix that?
hmm?
You must have read someone else's post because that's not what I was leaning toward.Would you rather go back to the system where your ship overheats when a single block is heavily damaged instead?
"Most things don't function very well when you remove 50% of their total parts."You must have read someone else's post because that's not what I was leaning toward.
