    USS Perseverance Mk 1.4

~1.4 Updated with a Transporter, slabs, automatic doors on the interior, improved logic with the Hangar door~

~1.3 Updated with Rail Docking, Rail Turrets, and Improved Docked Power Reactor~

As the first capital ship of the United Sectors Shipyards, the Battle-Cruiser-Class USS Perseverance features many experimental systems, such as Jumpdrive and Scanner systems. This Vessel was designed for one thing: war. The compact design allows for faster turning speeds than other ships of a similar mass and high stats for its size. The interior is designed to contain the basics with few luxuries. The ship features automatic logic doors, a command bridge, Engineering, Mess Hall, Kitchens, Sickbay, Brig/Security Office, Restroom, Secondary Computer Core, Transporter, 8 Standard Crew Quarters, 2 Larger Crew Quarters, 2 Hanger Bay Control Rooms, 2 Hanger Bay Airlocks, and Hanger Bay with 2 medium docking areas. The Hanger Bay door and lights are controlled by logic.

This is the ship that introduced me to your builds. I absolutely love the ship, the interior is great, the mess hall with the windows is nice, and its a pretty strong ship.

Thank you! It's definitely a classic, It's the third main ship I ever built in this game.
First off, I really can't complain about the design, inside and out. At first I wasn't sure about the front of the ship but now I quite like it. It's a pretty nimble ship too, for it's size and firepower, and I really like the idea of having a reactor that supplies power and that you can turn on and off. This brings me to the only real issue with this ship, which is power consumption. You can't fire your weaponry and move at the same time for very long, or even really use weaponry (which is devastatingly powerful) for very long without letting the ship recharge. (Although, this does make it more realistic, and it would be nice if Schine implemented something that allowed you to draw power from shields or lights). Overall, a very nice ship with very few drawbacks (Also, no Universal Docking, but I assume this was made before rails were introduced). If I could, I would rate this 4.5 stars, so I'll just round it to 5 stars.

Thanks for the feedback! You should have seen the power consumption before I added the docked reactors (It wasn't a pretty sight). It's good at attacking in bursts, and would work well if some frigates were supporting it while it recharged (if only we could control fleets).
    Gasp.....double gasp........amazing!

Thank you! Glad you like it.
Excellent design, the interior is 1st class and the compact overall design makes it pretty nimble for it's size. The detailing is stellar, I'll be looking at downloading more of your work.

Thanks for the rating! it was pretty important to me for you to be able to turn it at a reasonable speed.
The shape reminds me of an armored slug (I mean that in the best possible way). It is a gorgeous ship, good color choice, and the overall look says to me it was meant for heavy combat. Great gob

Thanks! Really appreciate the comment. I didn't see the sluggish shape until now :)
A welcome departure from the familiar rectangular prisms most ships end up becoming. Great build!

Thanks! Thats what I was going for.
Before i've even spawned the ship in to look at it already these pictures blow my mind

Exterior really show that this belongs to a human race,

Interiors level of detail really matches the exterior
