I'm pretty sure that they auto-declared when they got shot at some time either last month or the month before.

But seriously, there was an argument early in the faction's life here (has been cleaned by a mod) that stemmed from Trident siding with NFD instead of accepting Odium Aide when setting up on EE. So probably that.

Im the current leader of The Vaygr Empire and as far as i know we aren't at war with everyone...or when i go to EE spawn i would only see red...

Almost every "enemy" faction you see on the faction list was either at war with Odium prior to the update and declared war by hand, or had their shit shot up by Zoro's Super Intruder after only three in-server days had passed after the server's universe reset.

My point is that most people don't declare war on Vaygr - it just happens automatically.

yeah people usually have the setting auto-declare war which could be why.
