Sup, Acarii here. The fleets are my handiwork. I was more or less told 'these are the badguys' and that I can pretty much do anything I wanted.

I decided in my finite wisdom that you all would be my valiant testing partners. You all preformed brilliantly, handling wave after wave of my tests. And in such style too! I have never been so awed by a test partner! There were even moments where I broke down professionally and laughed, cried, and sung!

I hope our relationship continues, as I have many more tests planned.

In response to a fleet of lawnmowers the Dovan Empire claimed to have sent to the Thryn homebase on GenXnova, Thryn sent two small fleets of 13 Catalyst corvettes each to the Dovan Empire base. This is the first known deployment of the old Catalyst hull since well before the fall of Calderon Republic.

Afterwards, the Dovan fleet of lawnmowers finally arrived at Thryn homebase. We're still trying to count them, but it's well over a hundred so far.

well, there were around 116 of them at the peak, with 20 arriving per wave.

They seemed to have missile beams, and power outage themselves after firing off a hundred missiles so they would just drift and be unable to thrust to respond to commands to leave the sector lol.

We had issues killing them at first because their was a core close by and all the base missiles would just target that and nothing else and because of the explosion cap all the damage was qued to be applied like 10 minutes down the line.
I floated over and deleted it eventually, missiles exploded around be but I was invincible because they couldn't "explode" until the server allowed them and by that time I was tens of meters away.

I wonder how the Dovians dealt with 2 waves of 13 drones? We just gave up and ignored the lawnmowers until they locked up and drifted off.

Note to self, don't use missile weapons as primaries on GenX because the game stops exploding them after a certain point and they become harmless. :/
