In retaliation for a series of raids against OOB shipping, the OOB SH Colony deployed within Bloody Pirates controlled Octbobedatin system, where it immediately engaged Bloody Pirates's Forces. The officer in charge of the expeditionary force, Fearlessjet has already been commended for his finesse in commanding the detachment in battle by the local OOB garrison leader.

In light of increasing probability of mass migrations (resets all around) a few colonies on servers not at risk have been stockpiling resources so as to cater for increased demand. The prime example is the Light vs Dark colony, which has increased stock by 12million volume of non-mineral resources over the past 2 weeks, as well as having made long-term investments with a view to receiving high returns.

Across the past 2 weeks, 4 bases of the server side faction Knights H_____ have been destroyed by OOB patrols. A recently captured stockpiling base is said to have contained over 451,000 volume of precious materials and the captain of the Bogatyr Raider which captured the post was commended by being given a 20% salary raise.

19 OOB Military Outposts were deployed to protect future trade routes with NPC factions on Light vs Dark. Here 2 outposts are seen engaging pirates in a nearby sector.

The OOB Peregrine Class Yacht has now officially been accepted into the OOB Fleet as a Luxury Yacht.

OOB Peregrine: Credits to TheWendigo
A moderately sized yacht coming with a full complement for an OOB officer or councillor to travel long distances on diplomatic missions, this yacht is currently rated as the most expensive luxury-focused ship within the Order with demand predicted to increase with the coming increase in the net balance of trade. This ship comes with adequate shielding and turret defences to see off pirates or raiders on the way as well as being equipped with advanced jumping equipment and a chain drive. The high thrust speed allows the ship to reach speeds off over 254 knots, with no added discomfort at travelling at maximum speed.











The OOB DR-1 has now officially been accepted into the OOB Fleet as a Dropship.

OOB DR-1: Credits to Broomsage
A small dropship, this vessel carrying all the necessities for a series of military personnel to be transported to a location for military operations, the ship can reach high speeds due to inherited thrust, carries high-level jumping equipment such as a chain drive and is very affordable for all colonies of the Order.





Also of import is the remodelled version of the OOB Brave Destroyer, which is significantly stronger than the primary version of the Brave, coming with improved defences, a heightened enemy detection system and improved armaments.

Moreover, as it was not announced previously, the OOB Viper was accepted into the faction fleet. This ship has already been implemented on a few colonies with 14 of these already in service.

The Viper is an advanced light fighter which can reach high speeds and provides a comfortable experience for short-distance travel, whilst also having strong guns to tear apart unwelcome visitors or provide useful assistance if the main ship it is docked to is under fire.

The Order welcomes the re-signing of the OOB-II Suzerainty Agreement.

Another 26 OOB Military Outposts were deployed to protect future assets. The re-modelling of the Universal Military Outpost has also just been completed, which means that future deployments will include a variety of the V1 and V2 Military outposts. The V0 Outpost featuring docked generators and pulse weaponry has now been permanently decomissioned.

There has been a series of increases in government spending, primarily to facilitate the deployment of new outposts, however also to expand fleet strengths.

Another OOB officer has hired a private fleet rumoured to number up to 21 strong, all frigates.

OOB Patrol came across an outpost deceitfully deployed by OOB enemy Knights Hospitaller. The outpost was subsequently destroyed by the captain of the patrol. This is believed to be one of the few remaining Knights Hospitaller outposts, as the faction has taken to operating primarily from their ships as has off late not carried out major offensives against the Order.

The Order administration has decided to promote Cameron 2310 to Veteran, earning him the official standing of Crusader, following his devotion to the Order through his excellent involvement in the expansion of OOB colonial assets.

Reportedly over 60 vessels of the Scavenger faction were liquidated, with a further 30 neutralised and rendered unusable. An unexpected pirate incursion during the expansion was beaten off with no losses sustained.

A total of 9 stations was destroyed and compiled, with those involved operating in groups to co-ordinate efficiently and target multiple facilities simultaneously.

Plans are being drawn up for the formation of the Order of Bogatyrs Trading Company, a new division of the order founded on the principle of a division run primarily by Artificial Intelligence systems, overseen by the C.E.O, who is yet to be appointed by the Order of Bogatyrs Council.
Rumours have been circulating as to the size of this proposed Trading Company following an unofficial statement from a government employee, who claimed that there would be vast changes to expenditure budget within one or more galaxies where the OOB Theocratic Empire has influence.

The nation's prisons are touted as the best weight loss programs money can't buy, the government is continually probing the galaxy in search of alien life, hundreds of thousands of convicts work as slaves in The Order of Bogatyrs's many privately-owned prisons, and truncheon-mounted cameras record the beating of criminals and potential terrorists in dynamic HD detail. Crime, especially youth-related, is totally unknown, thanks to a capable police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. The Order's national animal is the Bear, which teeters on the brink of extinction due to widespread deforestation, and its national religion is Bogatyrist.

The Order of Bogatyrs has signed 2 mercenary contracts, one on Light vs Dark and one on Systemhack for contractual labour from two independent licensed private security firms, whose names shall not be published for security reasons.

At the same time, the mass movement of material from older LvD to new LvD have sparked debate across the capital. Out of the vast cargo fleet carrying voluminous OOB technology, less than 1% has passed universal transition border service management, as controlled by the Rebuilders Administration.

Ships heading to defensive positions near allied territory

In light of more defensive alliances signed with commercially-centred factions on SystemHack, a new fleet has been commissioned featuring the V1, V2, V3 Red Raider designs as well as a variety of light craft to be adaptable to securing systems against a variety of different threats. The fleet commissioned is known as the Bombardment Fleet and currently, numbers 20 ships strong.

It is the first step towards the increase of OOB Fleet power across OOB colonies since the major LvD migration, which meant that OOB Military Outpost deployment count fell by 39 and OOB Fleet power fell by 165. At the same time the collapse of the NZ colony and the subsequent forced migration due to the rapid growth of galaxy-breaking elements (reset), has meant that OOB Fleet forces fell a further 65 ships, with a reset on 2 other minor colony servers leading to a further decrease in 23 ships, totalling 253 ships less deployed.

Latest news from the LvD colony indicate that total fleet size there has not yet reached the size acceptable even for a minor colony, however there are plans to bring back the Paladin Fleet as well as to implement an LvD equivalent of the newly developed SH Bombardment Fleet.

At this stage, minor colonies are reforming slowly and this has stinted developments of local fleets, with private patrol fleets being only forces in operation on recently reset servers with a very low count of OOB colonists present.

Spoiler: Seraph Vanguard

The Department of Exploration funded a personal fleet of their own, called the Seraph Vanguard. Also headed by a Brave Destroyer class, title the Corragio, this fleet is very missile-heavy with strong Paladin-ship support. This fleet has already served two missions upon its immediate launch, as the launch post was attacked by a fleet of pirates and NPC vessels, working together against local OOB military outpost. The enemy forces were repelled, with one paladin suffering moderate armor damage, whilst the other ships survived practically unscathed.

The department has also funded the deployment of 6 more patrol fleets and another military outpost to guard internal OOB territory against pirates preying on trade.
