Vaygr took the sensible step and approached us as equals with a view to discussing a peaceful resolution to the conflicts on LvD. Whilst the OOB was indeed in favour of peace, the OOB does not recognise any rumours surrounding our supposed 'surrender' and will not tolerate such inaccurate comments from those not related to the discussions. We trust that all involved parties will refrain from potentially provocative taunting.
In regards to our losses, the data published in their public news bulletin is correct, with OOB having lost near to 2million mass in material. It is after this conflict that the OOB has entered the first ever period of our history where we are not currently diverting any colonial materials towards outpost deployment. Practice has shown that due to mechanical difficulties most outposts are not capable of serving as decent sources of defence against ships of near equal and certainly not against ships of larger masses.
Whilst new outpost designs are experimented on, OOB patrol forces will primarily focus in fleet deployments.
The public view of the OOB government at the moment is that hopefully with this peace we can turn a new leaf into our relationship with the Vaygr Empire and that they shall leave our trading interests in peace. It remains to be seen whether that will remain the case, primarily depending on the esteemed Emperor Zorozeenee.

15 billion intergalactic credits spent on imports on SH over 10 days.
Primarily this has been due to trading through the Pegacorpeia Megashop Chain of the Order's financial networks.
A further 8 billion intergalactic credits were spent on imports on SH over the following 10 days.
This trading period was dominated by the Void Megashop Chain of the Order's financial networks. This is explained by imports of raw ores and shards, sanctioned under the Agricultural Act, which allows OOB trading outposts to purchase expensive ores and shards to supplement decreased mining efforts in recent times.
This trading activity was supported by some military forays into the territory of the sindicate, a local enemy power of the Order within the SH territories. All ships discovered during the foray, which included a series of mining vessels, fighters and bomber-craft were destroyed with no losses suffered.
Inquisition Department has funded the spawning of a small patrol fleet comprised of Bogatyr Red Raiders to accompany their new hidden headquarters on Light vs Dark.
At the same time, they have kicked off the civilian cargo bay project, which, in cooperation with the Department of Finance, aims to spawn 3 Mega-Shipyard and Storage bases. These will be managed by the Inquisition Department, which will thoroughly assess all trading transfers with a view to reducing monetary losses through transactional payments to the inefficient "trading guild".
OOB BM Colony has acquired new headquarters in the form of a civilian version of the OOB Military Defensive Outpost V2.
This base is currently protected by a newly commissioned two ship Bullshark patrol, alongside a locally acquired mercenary ship.
OOB Exploration has laid roots for the establishment of some facilities in the PvE galaxies within the Genxnova Universe.

A series of Brave class vessels have been decommissioned across servers following a potential lag-inducing error discovered while conducting a battle operation on light vs dark galaxies.
These shall be replaced with a lighter, more agile version of the Brave, which shall be supplemented by a payment of 50million intergalactic credits for each decommissioned brave to each respective fleet commander who will have lost a ship. These funds will, of course, be given out of the state treasure on each colony.
The Bogatyr Development Bank has reached a new high and has recently declared that they are once again open for business, with Bogatyr financial staff estimating BDB to currently control assets worth approximately 18billion intergalactic credits on Light vs Dark, with a further 2-3billion intergalactic credits worth across other galaxies.
One of latest OOB miner colonies, the sentinel alliance colony (OOB SA colony) is to be completely managed by the BDB. Stockpiles have already been made and a BDB representative, when speaking on behalf of the organisation with the Grand Master, revealed that the Bank has already acquired enough funds to kick start local production, should that be necessary.
Two new fleets have been commissioned on Light vs Dark, these are the Ballistics Attack Force and the Citadel Space Force, designed to fit all latest regulations on Light vs Dark and tested to collide as little as possible during initial re-deployment.
Above is shown Citadel Space Force
At the same time work continues on new OOB ships, with some projects currently underway which are done in cooperation with OOB allies.
Also, recently on Systemhack, the OOB SH Colony repatriated a series of ships to their rightful owners, which were allegedly stolen by a pirate faction and then hidden in an outpost near OOB outer rim territory.
In other news, the OOB awareness campaign funded in co-operation by the OOB High Command and the OOB High Bureau of Information continues to spread across many known news channels.
The OOB Finance department has also been proactive in working to help with funding for some peace-resolving conflicts on smaller servers. In return, a series of smaller OOB allies are working on designs for the OOB AUX Fleet. Moreover, the OOB has acquired access to a stronghold on one of the miner colonies for deployment, should that be necessary for the future.

This is a plan for Starmade Server Asset Exchanging. There have been some suggestions previously, asking for some game mechanic to support this, however, we are taking this forward and making such a feature ourselves. We hope it will help a lot of people to find moving servers to ones they prefer an easier process.
The OOB, in cooperation with the Bogatyr Development Bank, is currently working on creating the OOB Multiverse Asset Exchange Program, which will allow factions to sell their assets to a representative of the BDB on their server, who will then evaluate their products and convert them via the latest conversion rates within the BDB. This faction will then able to claim their money on one of the other servers in the program.
This way, the BDB aims to allow factions to transition between servers freely without having the concern of losing all their assets or starting completely anew. This program is an unforeseen element before between factions in starmade and will be open to all factions that comply by OOB Multiverse Asset Exchange Program regulations on the servers where the program shall be running.
The servers where the program shall start off running on will be the following:
Light vs Dark (LvD)
The Sentinel Alliance (TSA/SA)
Systemhack (SH)
This project is done in cooperation will be done in cooperation with the Systemhack Administration (SH), Rebuilders Authority (LvD) and potentially also with contribution from the TSA Administration (TSA/SA).
To be eligible for this program, a player has to meet all these requirements:
Be in a faction on either of the 3 servers
Have a registered account on starmadedock
Be converting in excess of 20million intergalactic credits worth of assets
In the event that a faction wishes to transfer from TSA to LvD they shall have to contact the Bogatyr Dev Bank Outer faction on TSA and provide said representative with their starmadedock name, and the future name they intend to play on LvD under, which shall be passed onto myself.
A representative of the BDB will access the value of all assets that the involved party is intending to give to the Bank's local holdings. Once the value of these assets has been ascertained, the involved party shall be notified of the value of their holdings.
If at this stage the party intends to continue with the transaction, they shall, when both they and the representative of the bank have agreed on a suitable time, carry out the procedure of giving to the bank representative their assets.
Once this has been done, the value of their transactions will be logged and sent to them via a private conversation on starmadedock, together with the data of the transaction.
The value of their assets shall be converted internally according to that date's conversion rates within the Bank to a relative value on LvD, and, once they have logged on at least once on LvD (this will automatically create a banking account for them), funds will be transferred to that account from a representative of the BDB, from within the Order of Bogatyrs LvD Colony faction.
Alongside the route, an additional special starter package will be provided to a faction that takes this route, courtesy of the Rebuilders Administration. This will include a station which will feature all necessities for a faction start without being worried about setting up a base. At the same time they will also receive two complimentary starter miners and two couriers with each station.*

Note: BDB retains the right to refuse a request if it is done under very suspicious circumstance. This is unlikely to be the case but the decision on whether the transaction will be allowed will depend on BDB representative's objective opinion. In the event that a transaction is denied, the involved party will not lose any of its assets.
Yeah, that is certainly a pitfall one must avoid. Any server that makes it too easy on their players to acquire wealth in essence devalues it. Strict penalties on Imports from broken economies like TSA or GenXNova would be needed.
There would need to be a universal set of standards that servers would be required to adhere to in order to have such a trade agreement properly work.
Things that would effect valuation of resources and currency:
1.Hazard. How likely are you to die while out acquiring wealth. This would include natural hazards like stars and their settings, pirates, hostile npcs, and hostile players. Each would be weighed differently as lots of hostile players would be of more concern than more avoidable and dumb AI/imobile hazards.
2. The number of stick shops that proliferate within the universe.
3. Mining bonuses and asteroid settings.
Essentially, the value of wealth must be tempered by rarity and agents of entropy working to check unrestricted growth.

I think it's a valid point to make, and very relevant. On some servers its very easy to acquire credits and materials. Not having some sort of conversion rate would make it very easy to abuse your multiverse initiative, ultimately bankrupting your program.

Thank you for bringing this up. It is an important point to mention, and while we may have hinted on this before, the fact that there is some confusion evidently suggests this needs to be amended. Relatively soon there will be follow-up posts on the Multiverse Program which will detail the conversion rates we use.
Note: We do currently use an internal conversion system, which was worked out as a temporary solution through discussion with survival and primarily PvP players who play on all of the aforementioned servers.
Factors such as pirate difficulty, loss of item upon death, mining bonuses, general 'safety', ease of resource acquisition were taken into account, however, even more, factors will contribute to the more official conversion rates when those are released to the public.
As of this time, none of the factions that have used this program have had any complaints.
An unknown alien device was found on the desert planet of Sahara! Early this week, a weak signal was detected coming from the uninhabited planet of Sahara, a group of OOB and HS scientists were sent to investigate the signal and after some digging they discovered a massive artefact buried in the sand. They were unable to determine what's the function of this mysterious object since it's technology is clearly much more advanced than that of even the HS, the theories are many. A perimeter was established so that no unauthorized ships may come closer to the artefact, after all, who knows what kinds of deadly weapons could be inside?
