No, the Order is not considering making a TAW colony at this time. The idea has been brought up before, but the server does not fit with what we tend to look for in servers.

The OOB is commercial faction with elements of roleplay, building and fighting and is not designed to function in a continued war scenario.

2016 Crime Rates
The Crime Index is an annual study of crime rates and occurrences. It is measured by this equation: (100-int(safetyIndex))

Nasszone, LvD Colony, BS Colony and SH Colony safer than South Korea.
GenX Research Colony about as safe as Georgia (nation, not state)
VGG Colony about as safe as Lebanon and United States.
