OOB Base has been restored and OOB workers are working away once again.
More news on SI to come soon.
In the meantime server is undergoing consideration to be promoted to 'major server'.

Offices for OOB personnel are being built on NZ colony. These offices are calculated to provide over 80m high facilities and to cater for over 200 workplaces in each of the 2 towers.

All members will be given a private office, paid for by the OOB Government. Moreover the OOB Government will provide a free quarters room for each member free of charge with 10k+ volume storage.

Allied military forces have been deployed on Shattered Skies colony to combat enemy forces. 4 more turrets have been installed on SS homebase.

Tax rates have been decreased across OOB territory as members are encouraged to develop personal wealth.

War News:

Tried a raid into Arstotzkan Territory, found no outposts other than homebase worth removing. OOB ships took down a derelict station thus removing AF's control over one system. Had minor skirmish with AF ship mass ~20k (+- 3k exact mass not recorded).

Neither side losing anything other than a minor dock each.
Slight structural damage sustained on both sides.

Combat ended with AF ship warping out as AF pilot believed was at risk of facing outnumbered battle.

War News:
Minor Raid carried out deep into Mortarian Legion Territory
Firstly some surveillance was carried out.
After waiting for the Mortarian Legion player Cirdanoth to leave base for 5 minutes proved to be fruitless

Station was interesting

However it was a derelict, so was scrapped as nothing useful there. 2 ships were captured and some resources taken

A minor ship of our enemies which is starting ship on Light Vs Dark server

Presumably explained by our enemies agents in Light and Dark factions, here is a ship from the light public faction, the rat terrier design, captured at the ML outpost

From this day the faction known as Infection Initiative will be formally recognised as a parner of the OOB-Infection Initiative Union.
The OOB will be acting as the suzerain in this agreement.

In case you do not know what that is, a suzerain is a state which has some control over another state that is internally autonomous. Suzerainty - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

As an act to seal the bond, the leader of the Infection Initiative, Indigo Slimez, has been promoted to Scientist (member rank 3 in research department) and will have all the rights of a veteran player within the Order. All Infection members will be given citizen rights when they are in the faction, whilst they will retain all rights and powers within the mostly autonomous Infection Initiative.

This movement is yet another example of the Order's dedication towards the overall enlightenment and prosperity for entities across the known worlds. Hundreds of families across the Order re-joice at this new union between the Order and Infection Initiative.

In light of the recent agreed upon suzerainty pact with the Infection Initiative, the Grand Master has sanctioned an increase in defensive spending.

Latest data suggests that storage facilities are brimming with resources while credit collection is going well. Very high incomes on the LD colony point to a bright future for the Order.

Resource stocks in both LD colony and NZ colony are very high, higher than ever recorded before on those 2 colonies.

War News:

SS Patrol found a warpgate stolen by violence faction from OOB allies SPUNKCO.

Warpgate liberated from hostile control and taken down with resources to be delivered to SPUNKCO whenever he wishes for them.

During work on sailing bear restaurant 2 cyclops class and 1 IMS Indignation entered OOB controlled space and opened fire. Having not been able to locate the attackers (radarjammed), the one OOB member at the time enagaged them in an OOB rockhopper variant however was quickly forced back by combined efforts from united Odium forces. OOB Rockhopper sustained major damage during the short skirmish, with minor damage sustained by involved Odium forces.

This day a great conflict was wrought onto the NZ galaxy where the forces of Trinova Technologies crashed against the Arstotzkan Federation. The Order contributed with 3 pilots and minor auxilary drone support.

Results:
Arstotzkan Federation claim the Caris system. Losses on both Astotzkan and Trinova fronts with Order of Bogatyrs also sustaining losses of 1 absolute destroyed vessel and 6 damaged ones. Order of Bogatyrs pilots reports some damage to enemy drones, dozens of nearby scavengers/pirates destroyed and damage to Arstotzkan Vessels.
The Order has not contested control off the Caris system due to a lack of interest in the aforementioned system and acknowledges Arstotzkan control off it.
