Will the turrets be reworked soon?

- Line of sight firing so they don't try to shoot through the ship or each other.
- A sort of cockpit block for the AI so the AI doesn't fire from the core's perspective (this is currently preventing you from embedding them in the ships hull unless you're okay with them not being able to fire horizontally)
- Related to the first point: Missile turrets are currently a danger to everything else that is docked to the same ship.
- Being able to de/activate them with shortkeys
- Seeing their respective names in the docked-object-list
- Configuring the AI for all turrets in a single menu
- Being able to hide the markers for turrets from the UI
- Getting rid of the bug that flips them randomly
- And much more.. Turrets are an important part of the game and they still need a lot of work to be user-friendly
