      starmade>data>models>character should have all the defaults including some of the helpful overlays. that is unless you changed your skin that way then will need to use the options & repair button on the launcher to re-download your current version

      i think he means multi-stack. the decorative charts take ups its own inventory slot and can't be placed in a multi-stack with the other decorative panels
