      That will be a lot of chunks on large planets. If we have a smoothed surface and position blocks in Y relative to the lowest possible position it would be very nice. For edges I suggest that a block can overlap another if it is placed close to the segment border.

      Fighter Core

      I don't think we need a block for this - it should rather be an UI option. The core already buffs fighters and drones and has configurable shield regeneration/capacity thrust and power cap at least. Though the thing with the mouse aiming weapons and control the fighter independently sounds nice.

      That would be worse for sharing/uploading. The best thing would be to have a format that shows in-game the same (or similar) as in community content with change-log and all that. The format could store a link to the community content and have a "more-details" button...
