      Agreed! The new rail blocks have helped me fix an issue with my turbo lift system cutting through floors. All I need now is rail rotators to do the same. These would also make mechanical mechs more practical.

      Hey thanks jayman38. Much appreciated! It took me the day before yesterday to work out the frame, but last night I converted the frame to lights and filled in the panels. I wasn't sure how it would work, but it seemed to look ok. The whole thing is scratch built block by block.

      I like your thinking! I think they will likely use the existing Faction controls in this instance. And leave the admiralty to internal politics of the faction members. The problem could be mitigated with an additional signal to the last pilot of the ship of the orders with a popup box to click...

      Lol! That would be a cool function. I remember Tribes 2 had a record feature that did something similar for in game battles. But then again, it could be storage intensive and server admins might not want that. Would have to be an option that admins could turn on/off.

      This is a more practical idea. This would also allow for eventual external forcefield use in tractor beam scenario. By the way, the fleets controls make a great autopilot. :-) I can give my ship orders to move to a sector, then disconnect from the server and later reconnect to find my ship...

      Can we see course plotting with fleets? I tried sending a formation to a sector using the move order and they obeyed, but crashed into to a station and became stuck. They didn't avoid the station. A course plotting system with multiple coordinates would help. Would be great for plotting courses...
