      JinM There is a problem though. If you tried to spawn a bigger ship directly from your inventory, the mass of the blocks needed would exceed the personal inventory's maximum mass limit. You would only be able to spawn it from a personal cargo with enough storage connected.

      sth around 2013-2014, when servers like FUYB, Redshift, Elwyn Eternity were still there and populated. The absolute peak was even before jump drives were introduced. Lots of player encounters back then and space flight/exploration was still fun and more than just a couple of jump animations :)...

      the "cost" is also having used all the RC (reactor capacity) for one skill tree that is rather easy counterable. Iirc stealth power 3 (or 4?) + jammer chamber + cloaking chamber already uses all the RC available.

      According to steam we are talking about ~100 peak players and ~50 average during the last 30 days. Im sure servers would be much more alive and fun if this number was doubled. We would still be far away from anything you wanna call "a large number of players" but it would definitly help.
