to clarify : der_scheme wanted to say that if you fire missiles while looking through glass (for example if you place it in front of the camera block) the projectiles will be invisible for you while watching from said camera
Maybe one of the games assets got corrupted in the download process?
Try the Options&REpair button on the launcher and hit Download normal ..
if that doesnt work try a fresh installation in a new folder (simply change the install path under Options->Install settings)
Go ahead and remove the Agree function then ... because it is pointless now!
and Optimistic / Old / BadSpelling also i am pretty sure no one needs them!
:P
that has to do with half eaten fruits .. i am so soryy .. no idea ! :/
But i would try exactly that ...
Maybe to be save delete your old game entirely if you do not need anything from it anylonger !
A bit more information would be helpful i guess!
What is your OS?
Did you change any settings from defaults? (Move settings.cfg out of the starmade folder and try again. it will generate a new defult one)
In window mode the game should tell you in the windows upper Line if it runs 32 or 64 bit
On this webpage under "downloads" you should find the new V14.
Downlioad it there directly and replace the old one manualy.
If you are on Wndows you may want to delete the .starmade folder under your user account information.
(on win7 usualy under C:\user\username\Appdata\roaming\.starmade)
While in game press Esc -> goto Options -> General Tab ->under graphics -> "Lifetime (secs) of debris (0 to turn off)
Maybe your pc isnt powerful enough to handle all those floating objects ... i just checked and can punch through asteroids and produce clouds of debris without problems!
Reduce the debris despawn timing in the options to 0 and test it again.
That should disable debris.
Maybe that solves the problem for you .. from there you can go up in seconds to see what goes and what not!
der_scheme is totaly right and i am an idiot for having not seen that you talked about Lancakes blueprint!
That should load well in 0.17 now.
There even was a bug report that explains that forward compatibility will not be intended.

Awesome ship by Lancake...
OK! ...
Please take a look here http://bugs.star-made.org/projects/starmade-game/wiki/Predictable_game_state
and install a fresh version of the game somewhere new.
import your blueprint and run the game with the default settings, try the /load in SP and if it doesnt work please open a bug...
You could use the tool from
http://starmadedock.net/threads/diagnostic-tool-starmade-system-checker.183/
to check if your system has the basic requirements to run Starmade. This might help to find the problem.
Does it happen in the vicinity of a planet?
Is the sector size increased from 1000
Read this ( http://bugs.star-made.org/issues/841 ) Bug Tracker report .. might be it!
