      It certainly does not discourage it, it even creates the possibility. Before you had two weapon systems, that's it. There's no choice there. Just big or small.

      Yeah, but the ion blocks do not use power, unlike extra weapon blocks. Which means that a weapon using effects is more effecient then one using raw block-firepower.

      Wouldn't box dimensions mean that just having a long line of thrusters would make them quite strong? Quite vulnerable, too, but still. I still prefer box dimensions though so we don't need as much space to build functioning thrusters.
