      I was testing out some fighter designs that contained several moving parts like folding wings, landing gear etc. I hit a wing rail docker and the wing shook around for a while trying to break loose. It caused moderate lag on my computer and didn't stop until I hit it a bunch more times...

      I guess it depends on what it's mission is. Referring to the Fighter/Gunship. If it is designed to go on search and destroy missions for the TG then gunship seems appropriate. However if it is designed mainly for escort duty then Patrol craft might work better. Just my 2 cents.

      How about highlighting the sun damage sectors in the galaxy map so when you plot a waypoint you can make sure it doesn't cross a danger area? Or maybe even a warning that appears if your waypoint path intersects a known danger?

      I have had the same problem. When I walk past a certain point in my ship gravity turns off and even if I press on another gravity block it will not turn back on until I go past that same point.

      The reason I asked is I wondered if NPC's will physically travel on patrol routes to and from their home bases thus allowing us to track them back to their homes. I would love stealth missions where I need to secretly track an NPC to find their secret base.

      Correct me if I am wrong as I have not tried it in game yet, but if you add blocks to a blueprint don't they disappear from you inventory? If so you could add a few blocks at a time and not need to have all blocks up front.

      Well, no matter what number is decided upon the great thing about space is you can always find more room if really needed. It's not like ARK where real estate is limited.

      I never suggested that. I prefer to mine for a while then build for a while, that way you don't NEED to store so much material at one time. But that is just my play style.

      My guess is you have over 100 MILLION blocks in storage. If you want to store that much stuff I think it should take a lot of room. We need to get past the hoarder mentality. What are you going to do with that much stuff? No offense, that is just my opinion.
