okay so I got this idea - its just brainstorming - of building a station that is basically just a big hangar and fullfills all sorts of stuff that you can do right now in Starmade. (buy or sell ships, repair ships astrotech/shipyard, pvp fleet ready for use, parking spots for visitors, colaborte...

They should not write a new AI if they have no time for nothing, just make the configs for each entity/sector/weapon individualisable.

Missiles need a different AI in the first place, or take their AI behaviour from a different config. Damn elusive to me why different ships or NPC factions, even different sectors or single turrets on a ship, can't have different AI settings in the first place.

Let me show you mine. I think they are a little bit too small though. But they are big enough to it a 7x7x14 ship or turret into them. :)

What are the measurements of this fighter? I am especially interested into the width. And are the wings in a 45 degree angle or custom rotated?

Some sort of cockpit chair or another access to the core block is planned. Maybe it will be the camera block with a setting for "allow usage as cockpit". ETA after the universe update so sadly at least a year until we get this.

I think this would be very nice to have. On the other hand just making multiple one module beam outputs can achieve the same effect, but it's not really nice as those are slowing down fps alot.

I think even more finetune options in regards to capacity, including beams and cannons, would be nice. So server owners can make advanced interesting configs.

I think your fighters look really good for that size. Talking about scales and interpretations I would be interested if a 1:4 scale interpretation would work though.
