I have been working on the interior of a (very) large station of mine. So here are some images.

That's really majestic. Trying to raise my jaw from the floor...

And exactly how big is this station going to be?

ooh a station that can compared to the BRiDGE, nice.

Can someone give me tips for designing good ship and station interiors? Or should I just make my own style?

To be honest, I just barely started to make builds that looked good. What I found most important was to figure out the spacial reference between outside, inside and systems in a build. Then start playing with the block types. The corner is awesome, and the slabs.

Ultimately, Your style is going to be what I would like to see, and I'm sure I'm not alone. Good Luck!

I'd say try to get your own style (or styles, if you build vastly different ships/stations) and get inspiration from this thread. You may want to check out some shipyard threads, too, they tend to feature some interior screenshots, the ratio to exterior screenshots may differ greatly depending on the creator in question, my thread for example wouldn't be particularly helpful for you due to featuring only very few interior screenshots.
Not sure what bridge you are referring to.
Jonty's BRiDGE is an unfinished 40k inspired build, some interior screenshots of it can be found in this thread. iirc the name stems from it's bridge section alone surpassing quite a bunch of ships in size, but jontyfreack could probably correct me on this.

This is correct, 2.5km long, 1.2km tall, and 700m wide BRiDGE

The interior shots shown below were all taken inside a fancy station of mine, that you can check out here: Mysterious Science Station.

As you can see, with the exception of the first one, these compartments have crazy levels of detail.

There's a secret to this... When you're bored and uninspired to build anything more ambitious, just load in a big flat platform ship, and build any type of compartment you would wish to see in ships/stations. Once finished, template it. In time, you will have a rich assortment of pre-fabricated compartments to fulfill any necessary/cool interior role, all ready to be installed with just a few clicks. And they will be all ultra-detailed, because you took your time with each one separately.

I recommend that everyone should try out designing a modular interior template pack, with the units having 7x7x7 dimensions or natural multiples of that, so that they can all fit perfectly together once you have eg. a ship shell to tightly pack with interior stuff.

Screen shot of the hangar bay in my new command ship. The ship is "functionally" complete but I need to finish the armor and hull.

I have entirely too many drop-ships and fighters in here. ...or perhaps not enough. ;)
