Trident Industries has officially set up with NFD and Thryn. Our fleet is steadily growing already, and transport networks have been recently completed to each of their bases.

(Current base is a placeholder)

Next thing we will work on is better trade with our allies and other nearby factions.

Work on a new destroyer is almost complete. The Brawler-class destroyer will allow Trident to more effectively defend its interests and those of allies, and project Trident's military power better than the ageing Quantum frigates. More news on the Brawler project will follow soon.

So, an apparently hostile faction named Deep Space Nine attacked Trident's (admittedly stupidly placed) undocked FRQ outside the NFD base.
So I proceeded to their base in the Munich-class Battlecruiser I was gifted by FlyingDebris , and simply blew holes in their planet (which had no core...?) in retaliation and destroyed several undocked ships nearby.

I expect peace terms from them to be sent by the end of the week.

EDIT: I just got word that the NFD experienced a similar attack against their assets from DS9. DS9 has now been set to K.O.S until further notice.

In other news, the Brawler Destroyer project is almost complete!

Once new turrets are designed and fitted, Brawler will be ready for deployment.

That will be all for now.

Jake, their planets had no cores because Aynslei and I nuked them a few days ago when they attacked Bluerain. Guess we go back to attacking them as they just shot at another one of our allies.

Me, FlyingDebris and NFD member Antiaris mounted another retaliation against DS9. We nuked yet another of their planets, forcing them to lose hold on one of their systems. Then we returned to their HQ to nuke their other planet even further.

The ultimatum against DS9 still stands. I still expect peace requests by the end of the week.
