Did another once over with this ship and changed most of the areas that were bugging me. I've also given her a name finally lol.
Energy is stable while flying and charging the jumpdrive with cloak and jam running. Tweaked the missile system a bit as well.

New and improved. The original was over 200m long, she now sits at 140m. Necessary in order for her to be entered into the fleet build competition. She can still do it all while cloaked and maintain stable power, so nothing has changed there. The missile system has been slightly reduced in size, but a couple of point defense turrets have been added.
Anyway, hope you like the update.
I've always wanted a stealth ship but, it seem like too daunting of a task. Well I finally got a hair up my ass and this is what I came up with.

She can cloak, jam, fly and charge the jump drive all at the same time. Can launch a 41k damage long range explosive missile and has 5.6k shields.She might be a bit long at 207 m but... I think I like it
