During routine scanning procedure on a SHL-13087889 space hulk, an unknown vessel was discovered. The ship was hidden deep inside the hulk, covered with remains of several dozen imperial vessels, but the received signature showed an extremely old age, presumably 22nd-23rd millenium, so the expedition was sent to explore the ship and salvage any valuable technology. Their report was quite interesting: the ship was, while severely damaged, still full of ancient equipment in working condition. The way to her was too narrow to transfer the findings, and the team sent found some difficulties dismantling most machines, so we decided to cut through the hulk to liberate the vessel in one piece.
The operation was completed successfully, and the ship was freed. Her current state supposes the vessel was attacked by some long forgotten corsairs, disabled and her cargo bays were looted. Most crew facilities are gone, but the hull itself is in an excellent condition for the vessel this old and damaged, part of the engines still functional, warp drive and Heller shields almost intact. We highly recommend transferring the vessel to Adeptus Mechanicus for repairs and future service under Imperial flag

The vessel belongs to the late Dark Era of Technology period of human history. According to the decoded fragments of remaining data from the ship's main computer, the vessel beared a name Nuestra Senora del Pilar (Our Lady on a Pillar), belonged to the Volcom fleet and was mostly used as a support freighter. The ship suffered heavy damage when attacked by an unknown vessel. All crew lost in fight. No other decodable data found.
