CCV Messis - Engineering and Cargo
    A cPho Corporation initiative.

CCV Messis is one of a few engineering and cargo vessels in the cPho corporation fleet, and was originally assigned as a delivery and on-site coordination hub for the build of Port Vandermier.

CCV Messis has zero offensive capabilities at all, however she possesses a reasonably fast charging jump drive and some decent shields for her size, considering that she is not intended in a military capacity.

    Messis is fitted with:

    • A functional dock (including manually operational cranes and a traffic control deck overlooking the docking yard)
    • Three huge self-propelling automatically siphoning cargo containers held down by locking racks operated from the bridge
    • A red speedster and a light shielded blue speedster for rapid reconnaissance or inter-ship travel.
    • Several airlocks for access.
    • 6 crew bunks and a mess hall.
    • A starboard-side docking point
    • Operational and navigationally accurate navigation lights and independently operated pilot lights.
    • A holographic representation of the ship including (most) systems updated to show current status (sorry, a visual issue with the game makes the hologram a little buggy to look at but use yer imagination)
    • Fore and Aft sliding blast doors operated from the bridge, the Fore being double-doors per side, and the Aft being single per side.
    • Shields behind both sets of blast doors also operated from the bridge.
    • Large cargo hold suitable for a range of docked vessels and cargo assets.
    • A large gang walk above the cargo hold affording full secure view (and defense if necessary) of the cargo area.
    • A range of interesting cameras (I think there's about 11)
Future versions may potentially have docked lifeboats that can be jettisoned in an emergency (ie: external life pods).

Please be gentle - this is my first proper ship I've built in Starmade since the introduction of rails and it's not perfect. But I like her. And you are welcome to edit her in any way you wish for your own purposes of course... just please don't re-publish as your own work.

    CCV Messis.
Flying cargo and stuff around... in style.

First off this is a Beautiful Ship the Details and shape of the ship are amazing and its looks fit its purpose

however navigating this ship is extremley hard some areas dont connect to others and most of the time i found myself having to float around outside the ship to access an area

overall its a beautiful ship with an eye catching design and detailed interior for a ship of its size

Thanks for a good review and feedback. The internal dock area behind the blast doors was originally intended to be connected to the interior, as was the rear loading bay but I skipped it in the interests of using it faster in my shipyard build as a prop. There is provision in the design for connecting passageways and in a future version I may connect therm all up and fill the voids with other systems.
Thanks again glad you like it!
