Go ahead, remove the non-existant inhibitor from the unfinished base which has not been spawned. I'm sorry, but logic (unfortunately in this case) prevails and I must unfortunately say: I can't disable something which doesn't (as of yet) exist.

Finally, someone at least gets one of the main intentions. However you make a good point, I had, until hearing the commentry here, believed that uploading something to NFD build server would not be a problem. You are however right Thadius and I shall aspire to speak with my council on perhaps not spawning it on NFD in the first place.
