Last time I played I scrapped my interior and started reworking the whole thing to make it flow better and generally just have a higher level of quality. Didn't really get all that much done before being dragged away to other things.

I reworked my corridors so they were a bit nicer, after all you'd be seeing a lot of them.

And I reworked my elevator shafts. You wouldn't be seeing a lot of them but they are designed so you can traverse them without using the elevator and access not only each deck, but each maintenance deck as well.

And that was the extent of my reworks before I stopped.

Great thread, gives a lot motivation to continue and try out new things.
(Or in other words, my chances to finally complete a ship just dropped to zero)

The display module/glasstable trick is really neat and I'll definately try it .
Are there also docked display modules involved to get some 90° rotated text? That must take up a lot of space.

Hopefully the overflow text will never be removed in a bugfix ...
A vector graphics block for even more advanced stuff would be awesom .
