That happens when you mess with infinitely impossible stuff.I wanna post a pic of the engines of my version of the heart of gold but I lost it
Not bad! I like how you broke it up and how the glow is coming from the center. Do you have a gap between the actual thrusters and the surface so that the plume still works?I finally have something worth posting to this thread:
I never actually bothered testing thruster plumes, I might revisit this to add them. For now I'm taking a break from exterior work. Not bad! Aighty, that's fine! Tbh, it took me a little bit to figure it out since I didn't manage to find anyone really explaining it, but when I realized all you needed was like a one block gap, I've been leaving my thrusters mostly dim, but highly detailed, so that when I start flying, they light up.I never actually bothered testing thruster plumes, I might revisit this to add them. EXAMPLE (without a plume though, sorry x3x didn't get a pic of it, but it's just the standard blue plume) :

Thanks, I like it too how the intake's glow turned out. But it's actually just the structure's orientation that makes the difference... in those screenshots the rear end was facing towards the star of the system I was in at the time, this always makes a big difference in glowy partsFront looks better to me. Maybe its the angle but the light effect is better. That yellow glow is excellent.
