These respond to current thrust states:

Ooh, I tried once to get engine lights that would scale with thrust applied, but couldn't get it to work. Was there an update to the sensors, or was I just doing it w.rong?

(and why did it change "doing it w.rong" to "doing it incorrect"? "Doing it incorrect" isn't even grammatically accurate)

No change to sensors that I'm aware of... How were your attempting to do it?

I believe it was just sensor with "is there thrust" for basic lights, then a 25%, 50%, 75% thresholds for additional lights.

My system is actually similar. It reads 0%/1% and then every 10% up to 100%. The entire system is read by a small pulse clock for super fast response time and reliability.

Not as glorius than my last big engines but here are the steering thrusters of my actual titan project (witch are also can be fittet as regular engines on frigate and cruiser sized ships).

The vertical thrusters in the first pic and the ones in the second pis look a bit misplaced. Maybe try cutting back the outer black part further. Aside from that it looks good.

I know, these are kinda stupid... but I guess some would say they also look stupidly awesome

They're not exactly proper rocket engines, but they are engines nonetheless... reminiscent of the radial engines of older planes (utter nonsense on a spacecraft, but hey).

This is an outline of a crazy new ship concept, which I call the "Supernova Shockwave Surfer". Imagine some wacky sci-fi explanation of how those things might move the ship without any reaction mass jet (they "condense/ focus/ resonate/ synchronize graviton particles" to propel the ship like gravity warp drives) ;)

So something like a Ion engine but instead of shooting ion particles you create gravitv/antigravity singularitys that pull/push you forward?

Yes, that is one way to put it. "Warp drives" in science fiction are traditionally described as engines that shape spacetime around the ship in a way to basically form a "gravity well" in front of the ship, and then the ship starts "falling" towards the bottom of that well, and thus moves forward. Using the hypothetical "graviton" particles to acheive this is just my little addition to this fictional theory :)

But ion engines are actually classical rocket propulsion technology. They qualify as a kind of Reaction engine - Wikipedia. (Because ion engine ships put material behind themselves from which they can repel, it's just that their propellant is charged and electrically accelerated, as opposed to chemical propellant.)
