      A Means for Internal Pressurization.

One of the things that Starmade has long lacked, is a means of pressurizing the interior of a spacecraft or the surface of a planet with breathable air. Thus I suggest a new addition: Gas Blocks and Gas Zones. How would gas blocks work? Simple. Each block has a "Pressure" variable that defines...

      Shield Vulnerability

A quick note, I haven't been on this forum for nearly a year, and I haven't played Starmade for nearly as long. My interest has only been recently rekindled, and I'm currently catching up. One problem that shields do create (as much as I love them) is that it becomes impossible for a little...

      Transporter Chains.

It should be possible for teleporters to chained together as relays to allow the player a seamless teleportation over long distances. Sorry I could not write this longer, I'm strapped for time. I may fill out more details later.

I dont think i still have it. It was lost in a hard drive failure. But i could build another one. One thing about the VI is really interesting: Its quite wasteful actually, Its power systems dont conform to the standard, So you can cut out a massive amount of power blocks making room for...

      Read by Council Turret Improvements

Currently the movement of a turret is controlled by collision detection, Which is a very finnicky system, Turrets frequently get stuck on themselves if they are built tightly. A new system would be to calculate the angles and directions that the turret can move and restrict them to that but...

      Recognized Corporations

A new type of faction that cannot claim systems or declare war but can defend itself, It has no faction points it uses credits instead and members are called "Employees" Its goals are to produce credits through mining trading or bounty hunting among other things, If a Corporation runs out of...

      Rejected Interstellar Music

Agreed, Honestly while interstellar music is good music it is too catchy now, I swear any game i hear playing instantly gets 100 points on the cheese-scale for me. It becomes hard not to notice what a ripoff it is. So lets not make starmade crap when the time comes.

Recognized by Council Virtual Ship Construction Sector

Sorry guys for not being around in my own thread, I've been down with a really-really bad cold lately and with my asthma it could only get worse, Im still not better so please dont expect full cooperation yet. Now aside from that i create these threads with the expectations that my own ideas...

Recognized by Council Virtual Ship Construction Sector

Currently shipyards allow players to create blueprints with infinite resources, And they can also let the player test-drive the ship in a virtual sector, I think that starmade should have a new block that can be placed on any object and allow's players to design ships within a virtual sector.

      Planned Save the Isanths!

Actually, It took me an hour but i went through the old Isanth, Gutted its interior and rebuilt it, I found that the power setup was horrifically inefficient and easily achieved a similar power output in much smaller space, Then i improved the shields and made a complete interior setup that is...

Planned Pull the player's head out of their ... chest?

Anyone who thinks the current model has issues doesnt know the first model! xD I tried out the first public build of starmade and not only was the model this strange tall bald feminine form, But the camera was literally up its ass. And thinking about it now i realise that its actually...

      Planned Save the Isanths!

Maybe give the TG a capital planet? But another idea perhaps would be to have the VI docked as an easter egg in the docking bay of a TG station or ship and players could either steal it or buy it from its NPC owner who would always be standing next to it and would offer a high price for his...

      Planned Save the Isanths!

Perhaps you could add a museum wing to the TG hub station, That contains the Isanth-VI in it as well as all versions of Isanth prior and all up to the Isanth-X where the Zero line began, Yes i do know that those models dont exist but maybe you could make them, The older models would be easy...

      Planned Save the Isanths!

I beg you to keep the old isanth, It would only need a few minutes of your time or anyone else's to wedge it out and redo the interior, I can already imagine that it would be a free filled blueprint provided to every player when they first spawn. It would become very useful considering that even...

      Planned Save the Isanths!

I wouldn't say the Isanth was horrible, It was really in fact just about the best kind of ship you could build for its size. Afterall the Isanth-VI is still going strong combat-wise to this day and the Zero's are fine if you use the C- model and nothing else.

      Rejected Power Core block.

Nowadays in order to do anything at all to an enemy you have to spread out your weapon to make it like a shotgun just to do any damage, Ships currently are tough nuts to crack on the outside and the interior is so heavily modular that it can take many hits on its own. And i disagree with that...

      Planned Save the Isanths!

Notice that everyone here wants to keep the isanths but you, Not to be rude but please dont act like your the example of all players. Aside from that they arent really outdated, The isanth VI is still highly effective as a combat vessel for its size considering that wedges arent even needed...
