It's a fun server and it's kinda pretty sometimes.

I'm pretty sure this is a mistake on the part of the devs but there are no recipes with which you can manufacture scanner blocks and scanner computers. The only way to acquire them in game is through shops, making it difficult to get a good supply of radar blocks early game.
