      I could see how that would be a solution. Right now we have issues rendering large build previews. This sounds like it could result in the same issues. I think this would need a performance test to see if it's viable.

      If it were that easy schema could do it. But it isn't and Calbiri has already commented on this. The fastest way to get this into the game would be to make dozens of new blocks. Any other way could be more difficult and take up more resources than they are willing to spend just to get that effect.

      Use rods and paint for thin pipes. Also. I don't think it would be necessary to make more than just a central "junction" conduit. If the texturing was done correctly we could get away with two blocks. The devs don't want to add more than is necessary to the block ids list or to the texture sheet.

      Does pressing I while in the ship no longer give the option? The blueprint menu doesn't seem to have a keybind. Use any other key that got you the "main" menu before (B,I,H) and you will find the catalog tab along the top of the screen with the other tabs.

      I kinda like the orange burns on the damage. If you plan on getting rid of it, make it so that the last two stages of damage have a bit of orange on it. I think it will work if it's kept faint. It's hard to see damage otherwise if it's just a dark overlay.
