I\'m not sure it should work with seperate docked cores as then you won\'t be able to mount any guns or missiles on extendable arms, at least none controlable from the core of the main ship but I\'m not sure how only keeping specific blocks attached to a piston would work otherwise.
Sideways facing guns and missiles would be great for co-op ships. You can have large ships with extra players in weapons that shoot out the side, top, bottom, or rear... or even auxilery guns out the front. Of course this would also require cockpits/cameras to look in the direction they are...
I like to use a duel computer design, this allows you to pack AMCs in tightly without them all connecting and forming a single big AMC. Multiple AMCs have more DPS than single ones so I build a single cannon as big as it needs to be to get desired damage and than stack them for more outputs...
Why would you want to require powertanks on smaller ships? It\'s already hard enough to make decent looking ships with all the weapons, power and thrusters you want.
Yeah I wanted to get as much done before I head to the shore for the weekend. I got all my UCC ships up but the unnamed scout and the Kwanart but I don\'t see any demand for them. The scout was originally my \"heavy fighter\" but it has a severe lack of armaments over a Lark A2/A3 so all it\'s...
\"Dock a small ship in your hangar, or beg for help, because you are screwed - as you should be.\" LoL
Yeah it\'s a little weird how you can get large ships that do 0-50 in no seconds flat but they still turn like molasses. I also support a speed drop for reverse and strafing but 50% might be...
The LC-30475-A2 Longsword Frigate
The Longsword is currently the pride of the UCC fleet (at least until the destroyer leaves dry dock), she packs a punch and is capable of going toe to toe against ships quite a bit larger than herself. This flying fortress features four L4-1 Twin...
The LC-4400-A3 Dagger Gunboat
The Dagger Gunboat is a very capable little ship, it\'s equipped with 3 L4-1 Twin Barrel Deckguns, Four Linear AMC Batteries and twin SD-BB Missile Tubes. The Dagger was one of the first Light Capital ships to fly out of our shipyards and thus has seen...
The LC-1342-A1 Stiletto Corvette
There is not much to say about the Stiletto Corvette, it\'s only slightly larger than a Condor gunship but it\'s heavier armor rating classifies it as a Light Capital Class and not a fighter. The Stiletto carries two L3-1 Twin Barrel Deckguns which pack...
This destroyer is turned out much bigger than I had originally anticipated, that\'s what I get for going in with no plan, but I\'m fairly happy with the structure so far. I hope to have a few more ships uploaded before I leave for the weekend, perhaps my corvette, gunboat, and frigate but I...
I\'ll have to experiment some with different armaments SD-KB missiles might work well as it being a stealth ship it should be working solo and not really have any trouble with friendly fire.
quick stack, removes only items in the chest from your inventory, and it would also help a lot if we could see more of each inventory at once if not all of it.
I\'m not a huge fan of shotgun style weapons on my ships but it\'s the only effective weapon system that works with stealth ships as you can spread them out over the generator arms.

Your turrets will not attack the turrets on a hostile ship even if you have them all set to attack selected targets. If the turrets are undocked or the mothership overheats and become normal ships and not turrets than they will become target able by your turrets.
On my smaller ships I use...
I did do a combat run with the high accuracy and found it is possible for good pilots to avoid AMC fire and I was able to take out a bigger ship then I was flying, although not unscathed, at least until I took out the main core and my five turrets decided to ignore it\'s two more powerfully...
