      While I agree with you on the lack of new information, I don't think this is the intent of these blogs. Not everyone has been around for years like you have. In fact, most new players wouldn't know this information, so blogs like these are pretty useful for them.

      Very small interior I made inside a combat/drone ship. In order: Entrance corridor, core room, transporter room. The floor is made out of glass btw, in case you didn't notice :P.

      Yea, what I was mostly refering to in my other post is the grouping penalty for power. It was originally introduced to reduce laggy weapons, but now that the performance is better the penalty wasn't reduced. There's only so much effective damage that can be dished out by small amounst of cannon...

      I'm taking a break from the game right now so the completion time is up in the air at the moment. The biggest issue is that stuff breaks with every update, and with a ship this size it's hard to stay up to date and continue work at the same time... Don't expect me to do much until the power...

      Raisinbat I recall you saying that cloaked ships with docked weapons are the best when it comes to combat atm. I'm just curious to know why that's the case. Aren't docked entities included in the cloak's power calculations? (If not it's broken af). And wouldn't a ship equipped with a scanner...

      No. Less system blocks would mean less calculations required to do a status update when a block is destroyed = less lag. From the power proposal post it looked like they'd like to change all the systems, not just power. I agree that if it's just power that gets changed the performance increase...
