Nothing set in stone yet but I settled for a third hangar, which will be located where the underside super turret used to be. I'm currently staring at the empty underside waiting for things to happen making the frame for what will hopefully be a pretty cool addition.

Tbh I never use create docking so I couldn't say. Never really got around to trying the feature haha.

Your cores aren't in the proper orientation. Basically make sure that the turret base turns around it's core's Y axis, and the barrel segment turns around it's core's X axis. How the turret is positioned on the ship doesn't matter as long as those two conditions are fulfilled, hope that helps!

You could try what Lord_Greyscale said but with missiles. Would'nt look quite right but at least it'd have a visible consistency.

I wish more people would have this mentality instead of hiding in their homebase 24/7. I mean what's the point of playing on servers if you're gonna avoid all contact....

Unfortunately the most I can do right now is point you to the appropriate resources. Thankfully logic isn't that hard to use once you get the hang of it, as unlike minecraft starmade uses proper logic gates (and not makeshift logic with redstone). In any case, if you want an automatic door here...

Not really, the council and the community mentors have very different roles. One is a bridge between the devs and community, the other is there to denote players that have helped/help the community.

Doing good progress, as you can see the frame for the back is done: All that's left to build is the underside of the middle section and proper supports for the wings.
