      Well, right now uberturrets can get knocked off if you hit the enhancers. With just needing a single block you either need to disable the uberturret or hit that one block on the ship. Also not a fan of ideas that require splitting up turrets, simply because then you have a useless base plate...

      So just that the mass of the docked vessel has to be less than whatever it's trying to dock to? It seems pretty simple, except that it makes mounting uberturrets easier.

      Well hopefully that gets fixed soon. Anyway, I'm also not a huge fan of this. Yes, the cone should be brought down to something a bit more reasonable. However, even in a fighter you can't always line straight up on your target.

      That's why you would put them in pits on your hull. It would look like part of your ship and possibly be better protected, but have a smaller firing arc than a turret.
