      Piercing effect is mentioned to pierce multiple blocks, instead of being able to shoot through the shields. I think shooting through shields would be too powerful, and if implemented should have some drawbacks.

      If i build 10 mil shield ship i don't want it to be damaged by small ships. But on the other hand it would make small bombers more valuable... But then bigger ships would do pretty much damage to my ship regardless of how many shield i've put. But the damage dealt by this missiles would be lower...

      I'm not so sure about those short-range beams, but i think it was mentioned somewhere. I think that comparing to the AMCs with the same dps, they would have shorter range. But there is a wide variety of weapons combinations so it's possible that i'm wrong :)

      I still have this problem, now it's not random, but connected with certain users ( example: 1adog1 and kola2DONO) Reloading the page doesn't help, so i constantly see this bug as these people's avatar. I can see that some users don't have an avatar and they have this white bust.

      http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Phalanx_CIWS flaks are quite old anti-aircraft guns, not anti-missiles 1 block weapon with mother-ship shield and 700m range is totally OP and i don't think there is a room in Starmade for such unbalanced weapon. I'm not giving any examples of abusing this weapon...
