      Artificial horizon could be nice, maybe as a part of minimap. The rest - all of these aligning options - i don't need them. That doesn't mean i don't see why other players might want them, but implementing these features because "i want my ship perfectly straight in various orientations"...

      Once the FTL is implemented, larger ships would probably travel faster and further than smaller ships. Making big ships move slowly, imo, would add much to the gameplay. Battles between two capital ships wouldn't be fought in 20 different sectors with ramming everything around, smaller ships...

      IMO there should be min charging time of FTL drive (preventing fast escape from battle) and max time of charging (different max length of jumps for different ships). Charging FTL should drop e/reg of the ship to very low levels (i.e. 10%), disallowing using weapons, thrusters and slowing down...

      I'd also like to see more endurable version of the doors. And i think not being able to open doors connected to activator blocks "by hand" would be pretty good feature at making security doors which require password to open them (certain order of activating blocks, or many other combinations).

      I'd like to see creatures living under the ground, probably more likely if the planet does not have an atmosphere or is too close/too far from the sun. Typical adaptation for this type of creatures would be to have longer than wider body, limbs on the side of the body with better developed front...

      I had similar problem. Playing with some advanced settings (at the bottom of the list) helped a lot. Unfortunately i don't remember which were these settings.

      Few months? Logic blocks are done, planets are done, weapons systems are nearly done, i think what's mostly left is bugfixing. I know it can take some time, but my guess is - 3-4 weeks for the next update to be released.

If You press "c" on the computer, then aim at the weapon blocks, hold shift (or ctrl, don't remember) and press "v" then whole group of blocks, which are touching each other, get connected.       I think FTL should charge using energy and FTL thrust. Here i better explained my vision. Unfortunately this post isn't well edited and i can see things i could've written, maybe one day i will come back to the FTL idea.

      Also we would get dode-something planets. Probably there are no sliders, because stats of the weapons are based on the connections master-slave and effects blocks. But that's my guess.

      If new types of power generators would be implemented then exploding blocks would be fine. It could be like this: normal generators (present type) - medium energy output, no explosion upon destroying fuel-driven generators - high energy output, no explosion, require fuel to produce energy...
