glossar bugfix

extraced glossar into a lib.
open with !glossar.

forgot to update interal version for 0.11.2

added the warpspace glossar, a written ingame wiki.
type !warp to open it.

managed to upload the wrong version to SMD.
here we go for the actual 0.11 update
