Your new Viperwasp Patrol Ship is primarily designed to be a single-pilot heavy stingship escort/picket that functions as a back-stop for fighter screens around larger vessels or stations, but also makes an excellent long-range exploration and mapping vessel.
A single big-block reactor provides over 207,000 e/sec recharge, stabilized in all 6 directions.
This serves to feed the 662,475 HP shields, charging at 60,225 HP/sec.
It also serves to feed it's outsized weapons arrays.
Three dual-fire missile banks, one light, two heavy, all lock-on.
Light kinetic missiles, doing 108,000 dmg each.
Heavy kinetic missiles, doing 324,000 dmg each, or
Heavy heat missiles, doing 297,000 dmg each.
Backing these up is a large dorsal-mounted rapid-fire EM cannon, doing 1,080 damage per round with 6 block penetration.
Last, but certainly not least, is the massive, under-slung, beam-pumped EM sniper cannon, which deals a whopping 324,000 dmg, with 35-block penetration for when you want to reach out and touch someone's vital systems, right through their dwindling shields.
It also bucks like a mule though, fair warning. lol
Though the ship has been coated in advanced and crystal armor, I have managed to maintain a respectable 2.1 thrust/mass ratio that allows it to go 192 m/sec on default server settings and without altering the thrust profile, so that you may change it to suit your preferences.
It's reactor-chambered for power, defense and recon with a lvl 5 scan and the option to reconfigure to long-range FTL flight, should that be needed.
The entrance to the ship is a button-operated blast door and elevator combo at the base of the dorsal stalk.
Hit it, then go inside, turn on the gravity and hit the button on the platform as shown below. You will be lowered directly to the core and pilot's seat.
In the forward section of the ship are quarters for the pilot, laid out simply in the style of a basic studio apartment.
In the event that onsite after-action triage must be conducted for injured pilots, there is a small 4-bed triage center with nursing station in the aft section, just forward of the glass-enclosed, 10k-capacity cargo stack.
In an effort to give you a sense of scale for the ship and show how surprisingly easy it can be to find docking for, I parked it in the bay of a Beta Derelict station in my preferred way:
A small rail under the bay and a small ramp running down to the Viperwasp's top-deck will give you walk-on gravity access to the dorsal hatch. As you can see, up to 4 may be docked at once on these stations, allowing you to place small 'minuteman' fleets in a system you're mining or otherwise operating in, using existing infrastructure.
A single Viperwasp is capable of mounting a credible threat to many stations. In numbers, though...it takes only 4 of these to strip the shielding off of an actively fighting J-Tech Fusion Class Battlecruiser and begin carving up it's hull.
I enjoy this ship a great deal for personal use. I hope you do as well.

I can't wait for the devs to do something about the reactor streams. My hope is that when that happens, I'll just have a nice, clean interior and an easily-accessible ship core. lol
