• Added WIP API support for BetterFactions mod (also WIP and as of right now unreleased)

Bug Fixes:

• Fixed issue with command requests being sent to Discord's API before the commands themselves were actually created, this should hopefully fix the issue with /commands not working in Discord channels.

• Completely redid command handling so they are now actual "slash" commands
• Added /clear command to clear old log files

• Commands are now executed in the chat channel, and are automatically cleaned up in order to prevent command spam
