Guess now's as good a time as ever to start phasing the Aether out of our fleets. It was reasonably effective for the time, but at this point I think it's only good for clubbing serverside factions :P

Eh. It's the same mass class as the Apollyon, and there's not much space for fun tech. We COULD refit it again, but really, I'd feel better about just making a whole new ship for a different function.

I sorta want to see a day when factions can sell copy-paste templates to sell for people to put on other ships. Copy-paste pieces that can't be disassembled without disassembling the entire part altogether. A sort of "black box" type deal.

I had a whole thread around this, both in the terms of modular parts for docking to make modular cruisers, and the copy paste variety.
And I would totally agree, except for the fact that all my shapes are terrible for such application... T_T
