Included are the Fa Jing Station construction project, one 600-ton Cottonmouth-class scavenger galleon with five confirmed kills, and a sizable stock of mineral resources.

A commendable decision. Do keep in mind that LvD is very much the wild west in terms of PvP rules. Its definetly a change from TSAs rediculously restricted rules on player vs player interaction.

Indeed, Veilith is generaly accepted as the best (if not one of the best) PvPers and meta builders in StarMade, you can gain a lot of insight when watching him build or fight on stream.

On that Coyote27 you are likely already aware of this, but OOB is offering an asset exchange program to remove a lot of the stress of starting on a new server.

wheatons law is 100% subjective, i play on your server and i would not consider people attacking me, or trying to commit espionage against me, a dick move. because i enjoy that playstyle and i would never have ill will towards someone doing it back to me.

an admin calling a torch an exploit is one of the most ridiculous things ive ever heard. the item was specifically added to the game with that function for a reason, and kinda proves the point that its a legitimately accepted playstyle.

i respect your ability to run your server how you want, and i stick to your rules while on your server, because its YOUR server. if people dont want to play by your rules, they can go somewhere else.

There are severals ways to kill ramdon players with an anonymous way .

Throw some warheads over a sector is one of the worst ratio of kills you can get since around 2 updates ago warheads got a total nerf with the change of the collision mechanics. [In other words is a real miracle kill someone with the current warhead mechanics.]

Dosen't matter if it works or not, they still tried it, they still broke the rules

Carnifex606 I think you can not get my point, probably for my lack of english [Not joking on this, let me try express better].

Dropping warheads is a totally inefficient way to hurt other players with the current mechanics.

That player made a fool of himself to use that [If the true intentions of that action were doing some random damage], I can not believe he were aganist the rules of the server for that, because I doubt that it would harm anyone doing that. [No harm = no breaking rules.]

The point I was making was that he only had intent to damage players, I understand that the warheads would do little damage but if a child kept trying to hit you in anger would you not stop it? It was the fact that he had nothing but intent to damage and destroy players ships, from the moment he joined the server he equipped cannons and started trying to damage players

Slight possibily we would have build mode size increased as well as allowing us to use templates bigger than small logic clocks?

Building a ship with logic bits is hard enough without BPs, now its blatantly impossible because the circuits I am trying to paste with my templates are "too big" for the server.

You were not banned for damaging mine or anyone elses ships, you where banned for camping spawn with a doom cube and station, aswell as randomly killing players. then it was raised to a permanent ban after you attempted to avoid it via separate accounts, you are just trying to make claims to ruin our reputation, should you have an actual claim please back it up with hard proof, then I would be interested enough to respond. It happens to coincide a lot more with his story than yours.

Sounds vague, there are no recordings of it, but here's the thing. Starmade servers work on trust, and there is now a serious breach of it between your server and quite a few members on SM docks.

When one of the admins of a long time running major servers, the universaly accepted best meta builder in StarMade, several members of the longest running SMD clans in StarMade (that still exists), several StarMade veterans who have been around before you even claim to have started playing are all questioning the ability for the admins on this server to be impartial and the only others who have expressed otherwise are your own admins and members of your server, it gives a fair bit of an indication that there might be something fishy.

And there there is the lack of knoweldge of gameplay and the game itself possessed by the admins, as demonstrated by one admin stating using an astronaut tool known as a "torch" is an exploit.

You are welcome to believe whatever you wish, he camped spawn with a doomcube and a station with nothing but a large turret set to neutral and enemy. I can't make you trust me so it would be pointless for me to go out of my way to change that as it would be a waste of time, though there has not been any evidence to prove any of his claims.

Also im sorry but if you check my account the badge for 4 years that I have on my Stardock is proof of the fact that we've been around for a while, we just stayed away from public servers. also as I said earlier he's been nothing but a griefer on our server, including turning up multiple times and building doomcubes aswell as spawn camping turrets, but sure he's telling the truth

(SnakeRandel is a well known for fast raids and never speaking in chat) stop banning for PvP and just outlaw drone homebase camping while not at the base and call it a day.

We understand people's complaints and we do take people's opinion's into consideration but its our server and we shall curate it as we see fit, the rules we currently enforce are temporary but until we rework them we shall continue as we currently are.

Yes, you have a 4 year badge. However you have a total of 18 posts, and pretty much all of them were advertising this server. Your impact on the community is virtually zilch, and you certainly do not have it's trust. Who do you typically trust, they guy who's been hanging on the fringes for awhile but never talks, or the friend you made last year that's proven themselves?
