4.) To be completely honest, once you get up into the ranks of larger factions, PR goes to hell. Take my declaration of victory over Odium for example. Did I mean it? No. Did it get activity on my thread? Yes. Did I get applications because the post got attention? Three, in fact. As to image, try and be the good guys. People like that.
