Swarm Missiles Target Enemy Ships

Right, like.. Their existence on paper is 'balanced', sure. But in practice, they just cause all sorts of problems that derail what the gameplay experience is supposed to be.

I find that you have to be very careful with their use, even if your mucking aorund you can accidently declare war on 3 factions at once lol XD
During tests, Ive found that beam-missiles are far better at taking out sheilds for less energy cost

I don't know how often I died because of my own automatic logic swarm missels :D
