Character Appearance: Entry 1: I guess I should start by talking a little about myself. I'm 5ft 10in, with medium length brown hair. I have brown eyes and I'm rated an "above average" in the station's index for fitness. I spend most of my time in uniform, I have white skin, and I'm well tanned I'd say.
Character Backstory: Entry 72: Today I'm thinking of applying to become a fighter pilot, being stuck as a mechanic all this time is starting to get old... I'm not sure, but I'm pretty sure the cut-off for fighter pilot applications is 30, but I'll try anyway - It's worth a shot in my opinion.
I've read in the archives about our home planet, Earth. Doesn't sound all that interesting to be honest, actually it seems like it would have been unpleasant to live there... pollution, excessive poverty and wars, that kind of stuff, not to mention the rapidly growing population and obesity levels.
The guy in the room next-door has been doing my head in the last few days, he won't shut up about these new races that keep boarding the City Station expecting to get a place to stay when all they do is sit around and do nothing, hell I wouldn't mind one of them to help me on my job, I suppose it'd be easy for the furry ones to set up in flames though.
I've recently been fascinated by the orbit of our station, it feels like we're getting closer and closer to the star... It's definitely getting warmer in here, I've heard that back on that old City Station I've read about, they're making some improvements, something to do with high class living areas... I might save up and fit my ship some new thrusters, and probably a small gun, just in case. Hell, if I want to apply to become a fighter, I'll have to move over to the City Station.

If that didn't give you enough information, Isla is human and works as a mechanic on a station orbiting a star, that is either gradually expanding, or the station's orbit is getting tighter. She dreams of becoming a fighter pilot so that she can explore the stars and possibly get some action, she's not interested in Earth or Aurora right now, but she's quite interested in the activities of other species.

Good evening folks. I have been looking for a largely PVE server, mainly since I suck at building weapons... or at least I thought I did until I tried building something with rails, and then realised I'm -really- bad at that. I'd like to mainly build, but also take part in 'group missions', if you think that might be something you entertain later?
There are examples of some of my work in my sig thread, and an entry for a pirate competition is in my community content. Like to think I can come up with at least 3 different not-so-pretty styles though.

I didn't really start out with a plan. To be fair, I had been born into a job from the outset, so I had never needed one. My great grandfather got a contract working on building the city station. I guess that sounds a little too grand.. In truth, he was a zero-g welding specialist, fresh out of a dock-workers guild on Aurora. His son followed in his footsteps, and my mother followed suit. When I was young there was no question about aspirations. There was just City Station. When work finished on it, and the station was launched, I realised I had never considered planning beyond that.
With three previous generations of government service and almost 20 years hard labour myself, my pension was already substantive enough for me to make a comfortable life for myself on Aurora, or the station. I tried that, for about 10 months before feeling like I was going mad. 20 years of erecting walls and fitting engine components leaves you little interest in settling down. Sure, Aurora has some of the most beautiful women in the known worlds, but sitting at home reading a news-cel while my good wife sits next to me with our kids at our feet? I don't know, maybe in ten years?
For now, I just want to feel the hum of engines under my feet. I want to see nothing but a sky full of stars. I want to be out there, building. So, I cashed in some got myself enough money to start a life out there in the big black, looking for adventure and hopefully avoiding any genocidal aliens hell-bent on wiping out my population.

Alright guys, the new city station is (Mostly) finished! You will now find the city station at the spawn coordinates, and you will spawn inside! To leave, you will go down a elevator and through a security check before going into the main hanger! I hope you like it, and go have some fun!
(Yes the station is not completely finished, and yes, it looks like a toaster right now, I am not the best at making station exteriors)

Sadly I did have to spend some money suiciding. I couldn't access any doors to get out of the station, and eventually tried to see if there was something under the elevator, so I sent it back up. For reference, if the lift is up the top, and you press the activator down at the bottom of the shaft, the lift does not come down!
Still, suicide didn't cost me that much cash, and it was fun to have a little nose around...

Oh god, sorry about that, I thought I opened all the doors to get out, and for the elevator, there is a button right outside the elevator shaft on the bottom that you can press to send the elevator back down. Anyways, after going through the security checkpoint, you can just go back into a nice little area with a tunnel at the end that will bring you to the hanger to get out.Station looks nice, if a little Spartan on the walls.

Appearance: Rather large well toned African American, well trimmed facial hair, Prone to dressing in flashy outfits like glowing luchador outfits and old renaissance outfits based off of popular media.
Back story: Pro-tip people if anyone and I mean anyone tells you they can give you immortality for free or even for a fee, ignore the crap out of them and walk away. Immortality? why are you talking about that I hear you say! Well it freaking sucks!!!! I'm the poor bastard that got duped into taking on someone else's mortality deficiency and I don't mean that never die crap either. I am talking about the you die and then pop up somewhere else completely fine variety. (p.s death hurts). How did this happen? Well it's simple really some old bastard decided that he didn't want to live anymore so he went out to find some impressionable retar* i mean youth. So he finds me and a few buddies of mine having a few rounds at the not so local arcade. He pops the question: which one of you young lads wants to be an immortal paragon of justice? Now I figured that this wouldn't be so bad considering I get to go out and make peoples lives better for a really long time and would be able to learn as much as I want. So going ahead of my smarter friends and saying give it to me! somethings happened and poof I'm immortal. I'll skip the process simply because I have no idea what it is that he did to me but he mentioned something about a patron god of justice and promptly killed himself. The bastard didn't even tell me how to contact this so called patron god before doing himself in. Well fast forward a few hundred years a lot of heartache, ungrateful victims, moonlighting as a masked hero called la fantasía cansado [the tired fantasy] here i am on this odd looking station after another pain-filled death. Well i better go see who is in charge and see if I cant reclaim any of my stuff from Aurora. FYI this character has an extremely unhealthily long range cuteness proximity syndrome, Fluffy things beware!

Besides the fact that your character is EXTREMELY OP, its fine. Thankfully, it tells us that you can pop up in a different place completely fine "Undeathinator module", so its fine. Accepted.

Hey thanks the whole non perma-death thing was an explanation for the undeathinator module. Do you all have an explanation for it allready cause I would like nothing more than to change the back story?

To connect to the server, you would go to where you would enter your name, change settings etc. and click on the MP button. Then, beside that, there is a tab that you are able to click, and it would say localhost:4242. You would click on localhost:4242, delete it, and then enter the server IP. As a side note, make sure the name is uplinked to your starmadedock account.

Thank you, I found out too late that I can't change my starmade uplinked name so i'm stuck with Ginzored. Now i can get in and start potentially helping out.
Edit: the login name Mr.Zero just wont work for me so I have to change i had to change it back to Ginzored
