    i had renamed it with a faction module so i was expecting it to show up in the list with the name i gave it, however after checking each one it turned out to be the 10th one down.

    after that i was able to save it as a file so that in the future i can open it, copy it and paste it over the station entity in the future...

    chunk errors scare the hell out of me

    I went to the starmade wiki, then I clicked the link to the download on StarMade Universe, and it said I CAN\"T ACESS IT. I was expecting it to say \"do you argee with terms of service\" I click agree and it downloads, then I start working on creating my Space verson of the MH-60S Knighthawk Helicopter.

    Sorry I wasn\'t clear enough before; I meant, is there a way to invert the horizontal camera controls. Currently, when the object is dragged right, it turns left, and vice versa. The verticle axis isn\'t inverted, but the horizontal is. Is there any way to change that currently?

    Just posted an update. There is a File -> Properties menu now where you can select to invert either axis.

    Just checking in, I have been working on the material mappings to get this BS75 in to the game with the right blocks and colors.

    Any idea JJ when we may have the block issue on the 1426m fixed ( I can post a screen if you need to see)

    Also on the import schematic, the core is way off and the base default ship is still there. So in this case the ship is inside the ship, as this one is big enugh to swallow it. It is also facing the wrong way. =]

    Hi,

    There are some MC items missing, and when I add them, like woodplanks, the import slows to a dead crawl and or runs out of memory. When I remove the item it works as it is intended. The blocks are replaced by air or empty.

    Is there some place of reference I should be putting these lines like this:





    I know that there is a default line, but there are blocks that are not getting filled so I have tried to \'help\' it along.

    Since this whole superchunk thing is a headache, I\'ve been waiting for a block of free time that I can work uninterrupted for a bit. That hasn\'t happened yet. But...

    1. Was watching some videos of ships people have made with SMEdit\'s help. I figured putting all those decks in as tedious, so I wrote another function Modify -> Decks that will place decks and stairwells inside a ship, or in a selected space.
    2. Changed schematic import to wipe the current model. I was thinking the main use would be adding to a model with schematics, but I guess it\'s better to be consistent.
    3. Equally, schematic import will now always place a core.
    4. The problem with WoodenPlanks is that it did not recognize the name, tried to interpret it as an integer, and got 0. So, basically, empty space was mapped to that value. >_< So now it prints on the console if it does not recognize a name, and rejects that entry. If you get an unrecognized name, you can use the numeric value for the block. You can always put the name in as an XML comment after the tag, e.g. . When you\'ve got them all, send them to me and I\'ll update my name list.

    I checked in enough to make sure I can replicate the problem with the BSG. But the schematic file Casus linked to gives me an unknown tag (80) error. If you can post the one you are using I can use that for my testing.

    So while messing around with the import schematic and setting blocks, here is a testament to what we can do. This is a MineCraft project that has not been finished. it is a 1:1 BS75, The minecraft one with a default texture is brown and grey. and very odd in places with out the right texture pack. But an incredible build none the less.

    So importing this correctly in to SM is quite a task and a tribute at the same time. So here are some screens.

    Awesome, now we need proper texture pack with at least 3 grey blocks (light, medium, dark). I checked planet minecraft link and you can see the texture of light grey panel plating and darker lines between them.

    Yes, in that pic they do have the colors. They are using a custom texture pack, he has a link there. The issue is, the blocks in MC are still the same, like he uses sponge and mushroom alot. In the texture pack they map to someting nice. This gives them versitility, but for use, it has to match to functionality, not just art. So if I use dirt or something and you spawn it and build it out, you are going to get shot up bad...

    We would have to make one, so I am mapping them best I can for default usage. On a side note, there is way too much to use hardened hull. It cost more money than you can have in the game. LOL

    I was thinking of posting pics with another texture pack I use later. After it is all maped out. I like the Black myself =] but can test others.

    I\'m still unsure how to use your program to replace the blocks I want replaced. There\'s no way for me to tell it to replace all resource blocks with rock. The buttons in the side just change hull colors and that\'s all.

    Yep. I lost these posts. StarMade Multiverse has a much better interface. Just no people.

    I already looked into that. I\'ve tried to make selection work like theirs. Once I get OpenGL working, I can switch to a POV model.
