Instead of a rail or truss connecting them I just used floating dockers with a toggle-able purple light attached. Thought that looked a bit better than a 1x1 grey hull spaghetti dock :P

I wanted to make an alien fleet and decided to go with a sentient aquatic species. My friend Snowtiger and i have been calling this species the Fins. I would also like to thank Snowtiger for his help with the interior of these ships. They are undoubtedly better due to his help.
Their are 3 larger ships and one Remora drone attached to the Manta Ray ships wing.

Only heard about the contest a few days ago; so I put this together real quick based around an old ship of mine.
Not perfect but it looks alright I guess;

Dunno if I'll have time for a second fleet.

This fleet submission contains a salvager, two cruisers, fighter, and a scout/jump ship. The premise behind this was a salvage firm who has hired an escort group for protection.

My god this has taken me a long long time.. I'll try to get more pictures as soon as I can, but I wanted to make sure I have something in place.

Here is my submission. I have oh so many plans for stations and other ships.... I even had one more habitat ship inside an asteroid planned but have run out of time.
