Damm found the thread too late ! I would have made a remake of a previous fighter of mine wich entered a competition long, long ago organized by Skylord Luke...

Taiidan Trikor
Approximately 40 mass, 90 thrust
2 AMC-AMC with OD for about 200dmg per shot, 0.2 reload.
It's small, fast, 2k shields, basic hull, and as close I could come to the original HW ship. AI, faction block, no camera. The core is positioned to give a nice cockpit view out front. No real interior. Interior takes up too much mass and volume uselessly. I'm too utilitarian. Feel free to critique or suggest revisions.

make sure you have "mirror cubes" enabled,or slabs wont work with symmetry very well :P

Guilty! Was always cursing about the game and how they still didnt fix it. Now? not so much anymore :D

Anyway.. it's still better than the terror i experience every time i try to replace corners or tri's while not having the right block selected. You want to undo it? Not gonna happen
